The pandemic threw a dark twist on life as we knew it. But we persevered and although globally market research companies were disrupted negatively with projects delayed, economic uncertainity looming and budget cuts defining the new normal, our COVID-19 Coping in a Pandemic survey respondents (n=100) reported an overall positive outlook (86%) with a minority (6%) feeling negatively about their own personal health and safety.That COVID19 overall had left 66% prepared versus 17% unprepared in their research and insights business in the current environment further spoke to the levels of optimism and resilience binding the Canadian insights industry together in challenging times.
