From the Salon:
Limited Edition Prints by Christian Vincent
C24 Gallery is pleased to offer a limited edition series of signed and numbered prints by Christian Vincent of his 1997 oil painting, Certain Uncertainties.
One of Vincent’s more well-known paintings, Certain Uncertainties was featured in the 1999 film, The Thomas Crown Affair. This iconic rendering of a woman riding the front of a sailboat, lit with an unearthly golden glow, was made infamous as part of billionaire Thomas Crown’s (played by Pierce Brosnan) stolen art collection, alongside other masterpieces by Monet, Van Gogh and Magritte.
After years of the artist fielding requests from interested collectors, we have just launched a limited edition of archival prints of Certain Uncertainties, available in two sizes:

Christian Vincent’s oil paintings have long been objects of admiration for their evocation of humans in landscapes that nurture deep associative memories. Using symbolic elements that cross boundaries of time and space, he creates opportunities for reflection and meditation on themes relating to belonging and the search for home in a rapidly evolving world.
