Update To Mask Usage At U District PT

The health and safety of our clients, staff, and community is our top priority. The U District team has been working diligently to gain further guidance from numerous government officials, health agencies, industry professionals, and other sources to figure out how the mask order specifically pertains to our business, patients, clients, and staff. There are still many pieces of this mandate that remain unclear and we will provide further updates to this as more information becomes available.

Beginning Friday, June 26, we are asking all clients and patients to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the building. During workouts and physical exertion, wearing a mask will be left to the discretion and comfort level of the individual. It will not be a requirement to receive services at this time. U District remains committed to increased physical distancing, enhanced cleaning protocols, and other strategies to prevent the spread of disease within our facilities. Our staff will continue to wear masks during all patient and client interactions in our facilities.

We understand that individuals have varying comfort levels and risk factors related to this pandemic. Telehealth and online workout options will continue to be made available to clients and patients as we progress through the phases of reopening (see these details below). Thank you for being a valuable part of U District!

How To Attend Class
STEP 1: EMAIL US and let us know to take your membership off hold. (If you already did this last week, you can skip this step).
STEP 2: RESERVE YOUR CLASS. At this time all members must reserve classes. This allows us to accurately plan for the numbers of training staff we need at each class due to the new state guidelines. Thanks for your help!

Wednesday- 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

Force Class: Not re-opened at this time due to the increased equipment needs. Force class members are encouraged to attend boot camp or grit classes during phase 2.
