TARMAC Aerosave, a subsidiary of the Airbus, Safran Aircraft Engines and SUEZ groups, announces the signing of a memorandum of agreement with Regio Lease at the Paris Air Show on 18 June 2019. The two partners will now offer a joint service to airlines and lessors for aircraft transitions.
TARMAC Aerosave is the European leader in aircraft storage, maintenance and recycling. In 12 years, the French industrialist has received 760 aircraft and redelivered 500 aircraft from its three European sites.  
Regio Lease (Hall 4 Stand G168) is a French CAMO* company specialising in the management of aircraft maintenance and transition. It is an approved airworthiness management company.

TARMAC Aerosave and Regio Lease have decided to pool their experience and skills to provide aircraft leasing companies with a global offer aiming to facilitate their transition operations between two operators.
To this end, the two companies have signed a cooperation agreement and will be offering joint contracts.
This agreement does not include an exclusivity clause. With this partnership, TARMAC Aerosave confirms its intention to assert its position as a key operator in aircraft transition.

Founded in 2007 in Tarbes (France), in 2013 in Teruel (Spain) and Toulouse-Francazal (France) in 2017, TARMAC Aerosave has the largest aircraft storage capacity in Europe, supported by EASA/FAA Part 145 expertise in aircraft maintenance and recycling. About Regio Lease
Founded in 2006, Regio Lease is an aviation company specializing in the management of transport aircraft airworthiness and maintenance. It has also developed consulting activities for airlines and lessors to optimize the management of aircraft in transition and also in operation. The company has expanded the number of aircraft types covered by its approvals. To date, the company’s approvals cover the entire Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Embraer and Beechcraft 90/200/300 fleets. Regio Lease was accredited EASA PART MG in 2009 and PART I in 2010. In 2011, Regio Lease, already recognized for its know-how in aircraft repossessions, developed a range of intervention on transitions by proposing adapted solutions thanks to its approvals with various Registers such as Bermuda, the Cayman Isles, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man. This makes it possible for leasing companies to offer a comprehensive package, including ferry flights, cabin renovations, engine studies, DOA activities, etc. These services are provided by Regio Lease's partners (Azur Aviation, Ad Software, Aerotec, Aerocabin solutions, TGIS and Savina technics). In addition, Regio Lease holds ISO 9001 / EN 9100 approval and certification. To date Regio Lease has managed more than 700 aircraft, of which one hundred were carried out by TARMAC Aerosave.
